Our association with EHL involves regular curricula development, faculty training, quality audits and international opportunities for our students. Upon the successful completion of their EHL certified programs at DICE, students receive a joint certification co-signed by DICE and EHL. Former principal of H.R. College of Commerce & Economics, 2008-2009. Dr. Shahani is the first Indian to be appointed as Vice–Chair on the Board of the Governors of the International Baccalaureate and has over a decade of experience with IB schools worldwide, 2001–2010.
Radha Kapoor Khanna

Armed with a degree in Communication Design from Parsons New School of Design, New York and a diploma in Fine Arts from the University of Arts London, Radha Kapoor Khanna launched DO IT Creations, a holding umbrella company, to conceptualize and catalyse Design, Innovation and Creativity led by Entrepreneurship (DICE) while keeping education and design thinking at the core.
Raakhe Kapoor Tandon
Founder & Executive Director
With an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management and a Bachelors diploma of Science in Economics with concentration in Finance and Management, both from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Raakhe established the ISME- School of Management & Entrepreneurship. While running ISME ACE, an accelerator program focused on providing a host of benefits to FinTech Startups. She is also on the Board of Trustees of The Three Sisters’ Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that works towards educating and empowering the girl child.
Co-Founder & Executive Director
After spending five years focusing on Healthcare and Education at McKinsey & Co., a management consultancy. He also had the opportunity to work on projects ranging from Health System Design to Shaping the India Strategy of a number of British education institutions. Siddharth is trained as a pharmacist from the London School of Pharmacy, following which he pursued a Masters in International Health Policy and Economics from the London School of Economics.
Dr Sonia Bharwani

With over sixteen years of experience in teaching, Dr. Sonia completed her Ph.D. in Business Administration from AIMA-AMU, New Delhi-Aligarh. She received an MBA in International Business from Manchester Business School in the U.K., and she was also an MBA Exchange Student at the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, North Carolina. Her core strengths lie in student engagement through the use of active and collaborative learning pedagogies. She has published over 15 International Publications in areas of Hospitality Management, Education and Tourism.

Bhargavi Deshpande, completed her B.A in Economics from St.Xavier's College Mumbai after which she pursued her Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade from IMDR Pune. She also pursued the Associate in Applied Science (AAS) from Parsons New York in Fashion Marketing. Bhargavi leads the student initiatives at DICE School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts as the Director of Student Services.

An alumnus of the Jai Hind College, Mumbai, Rohan is a Hospitality professional who has held senior positions in Sales and Marketing with Marriott, Hyatt, American Express Bank and senior Business Development roles at Lavasa and Ezeego1.com. Rohan brings with him 24 years of work experience in Hospitality and Management.

Faculty – Accommodation Operations and Tourism Management
Certified as a Qualified Learning Facilitator from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Mr. Subhasis Mandal comes with 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. After his graduation from the Institute of Hotel Management, Trivandrum, he pursued post-graduation in Tourism Management. He is responsible for developing, facilitating and monitoring the training for the young manpower in the housekeeping department at PRATHAM and PACE Hospitality Center, through short term courses as a part of CSR responsibility of Taj Group of Hotels.
Associate Vice President – Outreach & Admissions
Armed with a dual degree of Masters in Marketing Management, and Masters in Commerce from Mumbai University, Neelofar has 23 years of experience in Hospitality, Real Estate and in Education. She has worked with British Airways and Saudi Arabian Airlines for 11 years, and Lavasa Corporation Ltd. in the Realty Sector for almost 9 years.
Prof. Ivan David
Faculty Food & Beverage Service
Bringing twenty five years of experience in various verticals of the hospitality industry, Ivan David has risen from the ranks with his core competency in food and beverage service. Having started his career with the Oberoi School Of Hotel Management, he has a MBA in Business Operations and has travelled through the globe to learn from various big brands in the hospitality industry. He has spent twelve years in academics creating awareness amongst the aspiring hospitality professionals.
Aditya Kashyap is an economist by training and statistical by passion with corporate experience ranging from consultancies to multinationals. Aditya also leads the Centre for Economic Policy at ISME. Aditya’s area of interest and expertise lies in the economics of information and innovation, game theory and strategy which can drive to create important landmarks in the field of Data Science.

Sharmeen Honey has a proven track record of achievement with an excellent professional approach to solving problems, optimizing and training teams and is consistently recognized for achievement and performance in the educational and training industry for over 20 years. She has been innovative and successful in building new territories and establishing business alliances with big educational houses/clients. Sharmeen heads Industry Academia Outreach for the institution. She is responsible for internships, placements and comprehensive career management services in the academic life cycle.

An alumnus of Sophia-Shree B.K.Somani Polytechnic, she has completed her Graduation in Commerce & PG in Travel & Tourism. She has over 15 years of progressive and diversified experience in Travel, Training, Leadership, Administration, Coordination and Career services. She believes that classroom and on job training goes hand in hand and the experience is the best teacher. Her hobbies are cooking, traveling, photography and Movies.
Director, IRIS (Institute of Research for Innovative Strategies)
Dr. Shefalika Narain has a wide teaching experience of 15 years, having served as an Asst. Professor for Bachelor of Mass Media, Jai Hind College and Masters of Public Policy for St. Xavier’s College, and has also been the Head of Department for Journalism at Mt.Carmel College, Bangalore. She also has secured a PhD from University of Ranchi, in Political Science in field of Changing Patterns of Indo-Bhutan Relations.
With 7 years of experience in the corporate sector with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Statutory Auditing Department, Professor Kea Thawani is a Chartered Accountant. She has over 6 years of teaching experience with renowned universities and colleges. She also has a Master’s Degree in Commerce and is currently pursuing her PhD.

Having 10 years of industry and academic experience mostly in Middle East and European Countries, working at Mid Management Levels with brands like Marco Pierre White , Fairmont Group Of Hotels. Worked on Fleet of Princess Cruise Liners, Santa Clarita. Specialized in European, International and Indian Cuisine.
Chef Sagar Tambe
Faculty – Baking & Patisserie
A specialist in bakery goods of all varieties, having 10 years of industry experience as pastry chef in the Middle East & North America. Chef Tambe holds a Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management from Pune University & a Specialized Bakery & Patisserie Course from IHM Mumbai.
Faculty – Food & Beverage Service
A graduate in Physics from University of Mumbai, Bhavin’s love for good food and wine led him to complete a double diploma in Hotel Management and the management training program of Intercontinental Hotels Group. Bhavin brings with him a diverse experience of 19 years in multiple sectors such as hospitality, both in India and the Middle-East; Facilities Management, General Administration and Academics. Today he shares his passion of wining and fine dining with hospitality aspirants.
Assitant Professor - Management
Dr Simarjeet Makkar teaches the management core at DICE School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts. With experience of over a decade, she is responsible for developing and transposing management skills in hospitality students. A Doctorate in Emotional Intelligence, she is also a Neuro Linguistic Practitioner and an Emotional Intelligence Trainer.
Assistant Professor - Finance
Shreya has over a decade of entrepreneurial experience in the Securities Markets, spearheading all the operations at her family business. Her passion to share real time experience with students in classrooms got her to start her education career a few years ago. She was previously working with the BMS section at R. A Podar College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai. Shreya has pursued her PGDM at FLAME University & is SET Qualified.
French Language Facilitator
From teaching French to translation to interpretation and interviewing French film personalalities, he has done it all. Interpretation for delegates from France, Belgium, Congo, Algeria, Burundi, etc. Member of IATF (Indian Association of Teachers of French), many of his students have migrated to France and Canada after learning listening, spoken and written French. Teaching kids in a playful manner to preparing students for boards and delf exams and professionals working for companies connected to France.
Kinjal comes with over a decade of experience working with educational institutes like Kinds College, S.P. Jain, H.R. College. She is currently the Academic Coordinator at DICE School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts. With a PGDM in Marketing, M.Com in Management and Diploma in Human Resources, She comes with Management experience academically & professionally.
