Mr. Krish Dhanam, author, held a session with the students of the DICE School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts on Advocacy being the newest benchmark for excellence. The session mainly revolved around real-life situations that made us question the standard protocols and norms of life.

“Fail at something, not at someone”,he said. As Mr. Dhanam said, when we fail at a task, it’s just that. We have not failed in life. Mr. Dhanam’s thought was that it doesn’t matter where you start, but where you go.

A line that stayed with everyone long after the session was that the universe doesn’t suffocate because you hold your breath, instead, it gifts you a plethora of opportunities, challenges and experiences. In the grand scheme of life, we are minuscule, we are all but a speck of paint, if even that, on the canvas of life.
