You can either make online Application fee payment or a courier the demand draft. Application form, Application fee Demand draft favouring ‘Innovation Trust’ and copies of your supporting documents only to be couriered as part of your postal application. Do not send original documentation by post.

You will need to produce the original documents for the verification at one of the Selection Days

Ensure that you have read and understood these guidelines and have all the Documents at hand before starting your Application..

+ Don’t forget to click ‘SUBMIT’

When you are ready to submit your Application, do remember to click on the “SUBMIT” button. If you have not officially submitted your application, DICE School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts will not receive or review it.

+ Check your Junk/Spam folder

Make sure your email account will not block correspondence from admissions@dicehospitality.in Check your junk-mail/spam filter level and make sure you always have enough space available in your Inbox.

+ Supporting Documents

    Statement of Purpose (SoP)

     In 400 words, express why you think a career in Hospitality & Culinary Arts is your calling.

  • Photograph

    You may upload a scanned recent passport size photograph. It must be a coloured photograph taken at a professional studio. Photographs taken via mobile phone and other kinds of self-composed portraits will not be accepted.

  • ID Proof : Photo ID proof can be your Aadhar Card or Pan Card or Passport.
  • Class X or its Equivalent Certificate and Mark Sheet

    Students must upload a scanned version of their Class X mark sheet, self-attested by the student/parent

  • Class XII or its Equivalent Certificate and Mark Sheet

    Students currently in 12th grade can submit their 11th grade mark-sheet or 12th predicted grades/mark-sheets. It must be self-attested by the student/parents.

  • Leaving Certificate

    Students must upload their Class X and Class XII leaving certificate, wherever applicable.

    • Copies of Mark sheets of the course last completed or Predicted Grades (wherever applicable)
    • Employment Certificate (wherever applicable)
    • Internship Certificate (wherever applicable)
    • Certificate of Merit (wherever applicable)
    • Certificate of Co-curricular and Extracurricular Activities (wherever applicable)

+ Application Fee

All applicants are expected to pay a one off non-refundable Application Fee of Rs.2500. An email will be sent to you with instructions of how to pay this fee, which can be done online in one simple, straighforward transaction

+ Registration Fees

Upon acceptance at the DICE School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts, a registration fee (non-refundable) of INR 45,000/- is to be paid to confirm the student’s enrolment. This will be adjusted from the Term Fee of the first semester of the academic year.

+ Certification Fees

CHF 600 is payable annually to Lausanne Hospitality Consultancy, a division of École hôtelière de Lausanne.

+ Miscellaneous Charges

Miscellaneous Charges of INR 35,000 include cost of Books, Kitchen Uniform and Tool Kit Sets, Field Trips and LEH Merchandise.

+ Refundable Deposit

INR 50,000 Security & Caution Deposit is a one-time refundable deposit. The deposit or its remaining amount will be refunded without interest upon completion of studies or withdrawal of the Student from the DICE School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts

+ Registration Fees

Upon acceptance at the DICE School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts, a registration fee (non-refundable) of INR 55,000/- is to be paid to confirm the student’s enrolment. This will be adjusted in the tuition fee of the first semester of the academic year.

+ Certification Fees

CHF 600 is payable annually to Lausanne Hospitality Consultancy, a division of Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne.

Eligibility - Hospitality Management Program

In order to be eligible for admission, you should have:

  • Successfully completed class 12 examination or junior college

The acceptable qualifications include:

  • Intermediate Certificate

  • Higher Secondary Certificate
  • All India Senior School Certificate
  • International Baccalaureate Programme or its equivalent

English Language Proficiency
English Language proficiency is mandatory as the course will be primarily taught in English.

Eligible to be enrolled in IGNOU
Students are also encouraged to register and complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Studies from IGNOU along with the Hospitality Management Program


Eligibility - Advanced Culinary Program

In order to be eligible for admission, you should have:

  • Successfully completed class 12 examination or junior college

The acceptable qualifications include:

  • Indian School Certificate
  • Intermediate Certificate
  • Higher School Certificate
  • Higher Secondary Certificate
  • All India Senior School Certificate
  • International Baccalaureate Programme or its equivalent

Successfully secured a Bachelor's degree
The eligibility for the advanced culinary program is a bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university with a minimum of required aggregate percentage.

English Language Proficiency
English Language proficiency is mandatory as the course will be primarily taught in English.
